Sailing pictures of the 'Swift':This time we managed to catch her with all sail up.However, in the haste to get the pictures taken I forgot to put the rudderblade down... Worthy of note is the wishbone boom on the foresail. This surprisingly simple 'lash-up' using 3/4" plastic tubing makes it much easier to sail singlehandedly. Sailing wing and wing going downwind is also nicely controlled as the jib is automatically poled out. |
